Rotten windows advice

If your windows are broken or draughty then you may be able to make a claim to get them replaced. Not all faulty windows need replacing, but old wooden frames for example are probably no longer fit for purpose. Defective windows can cause numerous internal problems such as damp and mould as well as making it more difficult to keep your home warm.
