Having adequate heating in your home is your right. If your boiler or heating is not working adequately or at all then your landlord must rectify this. In certain circumstances the landlords will have to deal with this as an emergency.
Make a complaint to your landlord as soon as possible. Make sure that you keep a record of your complaint such as the person you reported it to and the date. Please keep any emails or copies of submission forms you send/complete.
Take photographs of the disrepair and keep them safe.
